Authorizes the Town of Bethlehem comptroller to expend up to $2,200,000 million from the Farms and Forest Fund and up to $200,000 from the Parkland Setaside Reserve Fund to purchase nine parcels, or 307 acres, of land located in the town. The funds will go towards the total purchase price of $3 million.
